BANKS DEBUTS FOR APCW; FALLS TO 3-7 AGAINST ELLIS
On March 29, Kenneth Banks wrestled his first match in a Massachusetts wrestling ring in over a year, debuting for Action Packed Championship Wrestling in Seekonk. Banks lost his debut bout to a familiar foe, the "Sports Illustrated Legend" Robbie Ellis, who was inducted into the New England Pro Wrestling Hall of Fame later that evening. It marked the second time Banks has lost to Ellis this year in singles competition, having dropped a close match to him on February 20 in Fairfield, Maine. For his career, Banks is a less-than-stellar 3-for-10 against the man he grew up watching as a child.

BANKS-YOUNG II: APRIL 13
Finally locking horns in an IHW ring, Kenneth Banks defeated Innovative Hybrid Wrestling mainstay Julien Young on February 10 in Riverview, New Brunswick, Canada. The thrilling technical bout came to an end after Banks nailed Young with his crushing hammerlock DDT, a move he annoyingly calls the "Broken Neck Express". In a shocking turn of events to many IHW fans, "The Articulate Anglo-Saxon" won the bout in clean fashion. Less shocking was Banks' response when Young offered to shake his hand at the bout's conclusion: Banks refused the handshake, made an obscene gesture, and stormed out of the ring. Young and IHW fans are chomping at the bit for the rematch scheduled on April 13, again at the Coverdale Recreation Center.

BANKS LOSES IN FINALS OF TWINS CITIES TOURNAMENT
After defeating rookie Anthony Hamlin in the opening round, Kenneth Banks lost to Jimmy Capone in the finals of the North Atlantic Wrestling Alliance Twin Cities Championship Tournament on January 19 in Brewer, Maine. Even the interference of Banks' manager Nickolas Santone couldn't stop Capone's momentum that evening. Banks, however, has set his sights on the NAWA Twins Cities Championship, and has promised to go to any lengths to capture it.

"MAGIC NUMBER" NOW 23
With the first three months of 2008 in the books, Kenneth Banks now finds himself with 477 professional matches under his belt--a mere 23 from the milestone of 500. Barring a major injury, Banks will no doubt rack up his 500th match in 2008. When he does, he has promised to unveil the "LFC 500" on this website. What exactly the LFC 500 is, or what it might entail, are unknown at this time.

BANKS TO MAKE CONNECTICUT DEBUT ON APRIL 12
Kenneth Banks is scheduled to return to Northeast Championship Wrestling on April 12 in Pomfret, Connecticut. Not only will this be the first time that Banks has stepped inside an NCW ring in over six-and-a-half years, but it will mark the first time he has ever wrestled in the state of Connecticut. Thus far, no information has been released giving any indication who Banks will be wrestling in his NCW return.

LEGION FREAKIN' CAGE: JANUARY 26, 2001-NOVEMBER 25, 2007
After spending the last seven years wrestling under the name Legion Freakin' Cage, Kenneth Banks vowed to rid himself of the "ridiculous moniker" once and for all, and continue his pro wrestling career under his birth name only. On a Canadian show promoted by Innovative Hybrid Wrestling, Banks did just that, freeing himself of what he referred to as the "albatross" of his professional name. Banks wrestled under his real name only once before, on a Southern Championship Wrestling show in DeBary, Florida in 2005.

BANKS DEFEATS LINDSAY IN FORT KENT
On December 1 in Fort Kent, Maine, Kenneth Banks defeated longtime rival Matt Lindsay in the semi-main event of a huge show promoted by the American Wrestling Association. Refereed by Aroostook County's own T-Bone Jones, the back-and-forth, thirteen-minute bout saw the wrestler formerly known as Legion Freakin' Cage defeat Lindsay with a hammerlock DDT, a move Banks affectionately refers to as the "Broken Neck Express."

"MAGIC NUMBER" DOWN TO 35
After wrestling a relatively low sixty matches in 2007, Kenneth Banks now finds himself with 465 professional matches under his belt--a mere 35 from the milestone of 500. Barring a major injury, Banks will no doubt rack up his 500th match in 2008. When he does, he has promised to unveil the LFC 500 on this website. What exactly the LFC 500 is, or what it might entail, are unknown at this time.

BANKS RETURNING TO VERMONT THIS MONTH
Kenneth Banks will be making his NWA Green Mountain debut on Saturday, January 26 at the St. Albans City Hall in St. Albans, Vermont. Banks will be wrestling rookie Anthony Hamlin.
